Does OurIEP store my child's IEP on your servers?
No. Your IEP document and all AI analysis results are stored exclusively on your iPhone. Skybound Solutions never stores, sees, or has access to your child's IEP. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What types of IEP documents does OurIEP support?
OurIEP supports any IEP in PDF format — digital (text-based) or scanned. For scanned documents, the app uses Apple's on-device OCR to extract the text before sending it for analysis.
When will OurIEP be available on the App Store?
OurIEP is currently in development and pilot testing at Peck Community School District in Michigan. We're working toward an App Store launch as soon as our testing is complete. Email us to be notified at launch.
Is OurIEP only for Michigan families?
Not at all. IEPs follow federal IDEA guidelines, so OurIEP will work with IEPs from any US state. Our pilot is in Michigan, but the app is built for families nationwide.
Does OurIEP provide legal advice?
No. OurIEP provides AI-generated educational information to help families understand IEP documents. It is not a substitute for legal advice. We always recommend consulting with qualified education professionals for complex situations.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled through Apple. If you have a billing issue we can help resolve, contact us at ouriep@skyboundmi.com.
My IEP has unusual formatting. Will it work?
OurIEP is designed to handle a wide variety of IEP formats. If you encounter an issue with a specific document, please send us the error details (without the document) and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my data?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the OurIEP app removes all stored IEP documents, summaries, and conversation history. There is no server-side data to delete.
How does the Pro subscription work?
OurIEP Pro unlocks child-friendly summaries, family overviews, and AI Q&A. Subscribe for $2.99/month or $19.99/year, or make a one-time $99.99 Lifetime purchase. A one-month free trial is included. All billing is handled by Apple — cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How many children can I use OurIEP Pro for?
OurIEP Pro supports up to 5 different students per device — designed for families, not institutions. Have more than 5 children with IEPs? Contact us and we'll review your situation. Qualifying families receive a complimentary limit extension at no extra cost.

OurIEP is provided by Skybound Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using OurIEP, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions & Purchases. Pro features are available via monthly ($2.99/mo) or annual ($19.99/yr) auto-renewable subscriptions, or a one-time $99.99 Lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Fair Use — Student Limit. OurIEP Pro is licensed for personal and family use. Each device may analyze IEPs for up to 5 distinct students. Systematic use to process IEPs for students outside your immediate family (e.g., by educators or administrators) is not permitted under a standard subscription. Families with more than 5 children with IEPs may contact us for a complimentary limit extension, reviewed case-by-case.
